Cutting Edge Optronics has developed and delivered a new DPSS laser system specifically designed for airborne LIDAR applications. The HLS series laser combines Northrop Grumman's proprietary stable short-pulse laser front-end with Yb-doped fiber and Nd:YVO4 amplifiers.
