Semi-automatic inclined or vertical packaging machine. Vertical tilting bagging machine for products inside pouches formed from flat film (VFFS) which is sealed, joining the two edges, longitudinally by a continuous sealing system.

Vertical inclination from 0 ° to – 90 °, with quick adjustment thanks to a simple handle. A different inclination change varies the speed of fall of the product, the machine is able to work in horizontal and vertical positions, in accordance with the requests of the products.

Ideal for products such as fruits and vegetables, bread, cakes, seafood or fresh products, meats, food or non-food products, such as small accessories or small profiles; single or multiple products.

Specifications:

The machine’s forming tunnel is easily adjustable and adaptable to a wide range of sizes and products, thanks also to the large reel of packaging films: up to 680 mm in width.

The ?lm can be of various types: polypropylene, polyethylene, perforated, and non-perforated ? lm. Packaging is possible thanks to two pairs of lower wheels, motorized and sealing, and a mechanical welding bar.

The same ISO-certified components are used for our standard packaging machines. All components in contact with the products are made of stainless steel.
